About Cub Scouts
Cub Scouts is where it starts getting fun. Our Cubs run games, cook, build, explore, learn knots and outdoor skills, and head off on their first camps and sleepovers. Everything is hands-on and youth-led — our Cubs help plan the program, with leaders making sure it’s safe and everyone gets a go.
A typical night
Opening parade, a wide game, a skills activity or challenge, work towards Outdoor Adventure Skills or a Special Interest Area, then a closing parade and notices.
Beyond the hall
Group Camp, the Anzac Day sleepover, district Cub events, hikes, sleepovers, Clean Up Australia Day and tree planting.
Badges and progression
Cubs record achievements in Terrain and work through Milestones, Outdoor Adventure Skills and Special Interest Areas, aiming for the Grey Wolf Award.
Our Cub leaders
Luana Howard, Sam Leslie-Hughes and Stephen Currie.
Cubs use the Band app for programs, reminders and photos. Email us and we’ll send you the invite code when you join.
